Truva provides the following services through its Platform:

• Price Comparison: Compare diagnostic test prices across multiple partnered laboratories
• TAT Comparison: View and compare turnaround times for test results
• Lab Information: Access information about laboratory services, accreditations, and home collection availability
• Report Upload & Analysis: Upload your health reports to track health trends and receive insights
• Health Score: Receive a personalized Truva Health Score based on your uploaded reports

Important: Truva is a comparison and health tracking platform. We do not directly provide diagnostic services, conduct medical tests, or offer medical advice. All bookings, if any, are facilitated directly with the respective diagnostic laboratories.

4. User Account

To access certain features of the Platform, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. User Responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree not to:
